Fertile Ground is a concept that offers women access to alternatives to the standard Western medical approach to infertility treatment.  Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or undergoing assisted reproductive methods, we offer workshops and retreats that will help to empower women to enhance their own fertility.

Our workshops are short courses to learn about complementary approaches to enhance your fertility.  They will include:  an introduction to fertility yoga, short lectures on Chinese medicine and nutrition, and an individual diagnosis and treatment plan.  There will also be guided meditation and relaxation.

Our retreats offer a time for healing, nurturing, learning and experiencing complementary approaches to enhance your fertility.  They will include:  fertility yoga sessions, lectures on Chinese medicine and nutrition, Chinese medicine consultations with individual diagnosis and acupuncture sessions.  There will also be time to relax, unwind and pamper yourself.

Due to the interest we have received from the Irish Times Article,  and many couples wishing to attend together, we have changed the program slightly so partners can participate in all aspects of our retreat.   So partners are welcome and encouraged to join us!   

Price Includes:

• 2 nights accommodation and healthy breakfasts
• 2 healthy, organic evening meals
• Morning meditation and fertility yoga classes
• Afternoon lectures on Chinese medicine and nutrition,  including individual diagnosis and treatment plan
• Evening breathwork and relaxation classes
• 2 fertility acupuncture treatments 
• Unlimited use of the Vitality spa and Sauna
  

*Price does not include lunch or spa treatments, although both are available on the premises.  

*100 euro deposit required to secure you place.  The deposit is non-refundable and the remaining  balance is due by Oct 1st. 

*Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend. There is a discounted rate of 400 euro pps for partners and they will be able to participate in most of the retreat including:  yoga classes, evening relaxation and meditation,  can attend  lectures and also have the acupuncture treatments.  

The nature of our retreats is informal and intimate, for this reason the number of participants will be limited.  Please book in advance to secure your place and avoid disappointment.
